How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 4–8 business days anywhere in Australia, for every piece. We'll email you a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $79 AUD. Orders under $79 ship for a flat $9.95 AUD.

Can I send it straight to the person I'm gifting?

Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

Does it come in a gift box?

Every piece arrives in a gift box, ready to give. On many pieces you can choose a luxury mahogany-style gift box with a built-in LED spotlight. The box options are shown on each product page.

What are the pieces made of?

Depending on the design, our pieces are made from stainless steel or .925 sterling silver with a white gold, yellow gold or rose gold finish, and many are set with cubic zirconia. The exact materials are listed on each product page.

Which chain length should I choose?

The exact chain length for each piece is listed on its product page. As a general guide, 40–45 cm usually sits near the base of the neck, 45–50 cm just below the collarbone and 50–56 cm lower on the chest.

Can I personalise a piece?

Some pieces, such as the Baby Feet Necklace with Birthstone, are personalised with details you enter on the product page. Please check your spelling carefully, as each piece is made exactly as entered.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To help the finish last, remove your piece before swimming, showering or exercising, keep perfume and lotions away from the metal, and store it in its box. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Can I return my order?

Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised pieces made with details you enter can't be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
