- Order information: the products you buy, order history and communications with us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you interact with the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences: whether you have subscribed to our emails.

How we use your information
- To process, personalize, ship and support your order.
- To communicate with you about your order and respond to your questions.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To improve our website, prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Legal bases (for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK)
We process your information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interests (such as preventing fraud and improving our store), and with your consent where required (such as for marketing emails and non-essential cookies).

Who we share your information with
We share only what's necessary with:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store;
- payment processors;
- our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, who make and deliver your order;
- email marketing, analytics and advertising providers.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Like many online stores, we may use cookies and pixels from advertising partners to show you relevant ads. Under some US state laws (such as California's), this may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information for targeted advertising. We use essential cookies to run the store (for example, to keep items in your cart) and, where permitted or with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and through our cookie banner where shown.

Children
Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
