Made to order
Every Vemio piece is crafted to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times
United States: most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of ordering (production plus delivery).
Other countries: delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak seasons and weather.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Where orders ship from
Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

Gift orders
You can ship your order directly to the person you're gifting. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Prices are not printed on the packing slip.

International orders, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. If these are included in your total, this will be shown at checkout. Otherwise they are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always try to help.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@vemio.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
