These terms apply to all purchases from this website, which is operated by Martin Procházka, sole trader, Business ID (IČO) 08683450, Bačalky 69, 507 23 Bačalky, Czech Republic ("Vemio", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

1. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and handcrafted and personalized details may vary slightly from the images shown. Product images may include props or packaging that are not part of the item unless stated in the description.

2. Personalization
You are responsible for checking the spelling, dates, characters and other details you enter for personalized items. We will produce your item exactly as entered. You confirm that you have the right to use any text or images you provide and that they are not offensive, unlawful or infringing anyone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel any order with personalization we consider inappropriate, with a full refund.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your country. Where prices are converted from another currency, the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Sales tax, VAT, duties and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the price or description.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund policy.

6. Jewelry care and safety
Follow the care instructions provided with your item. Jewelry contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. If you have a metal allergy, please check the materials listed on the product page before you buy.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Vemio or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country or state where you live.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live where the law allows. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
