Every Vemio piece is prepared to order and delivered within 4–8 business days anywhere in Australia.

1. Check your shipping confirmation

When your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation, including tracking details when they are available. Use the link in that email to follow your parcel.

2. View your order online

If you have an account, sign in to see your orders and their status.

3. Can't find the email?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us at hello@shopvemio.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you. We aim to reply within one business day.

Sent as a gift?

If you shipped your order straight to the person you're gifting, the shipping confirmation is still sent to the email address you used at checkout.
